The New Admission Procedure

The Admission Forms for St. Paul’s Jesuit School is available Online.

Eligibility:

  • For LKG, the candidate should be Minimum 3 years 10 months and Maximum 4 years 10 months as of 1st June 2022.
  • The Candidate should have his Pre-Admission form duly filled and completed in all respects generated from the portal.
  • The Candidate should have all his documents verified on the assigned day of the verification meeting.
  • The Candidate should be accompanied by both his parents at the time of the verification of documents.
  • After payment of the Application Form and Brochure fees of Rs 500, the Candidate needs to login and check his user dashboard for any updates.
  • If the candidate is admitted, he needs to get the Admission slip printed out from his dashboard to the school office on the assigned day.

Admission Procedure:

  • Firstly, The Applicant will need to input an Account password for the generated Application ID for future portal login and checking of update status.
  • CAREFULLY NOTE YOUR APPLICATION ID AND ENTERED PASSWORD FOR FUTURE LOGIN. (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT NOTE IT DOWN, LOOSE IT OR FORGET IT.)
  • Next, the Applicant needs to fill in an online form (Link given Below) with his details CORRECTLY.
  • If everything is successful, the Applicant will be notified and asked to login with his Application ID and Password.
  • After login, the Status Dashboard will be displayed. Please select the Task Pane to view the various tasks that need to be performed by the applicant.
  • Tasks: Upload a scanned copy of his/her passport size photo (in jpg or png format, 200KB Max Size), a scan of his/her original Birth Certificate (in pdf format, 500KB Max Size) and a scan of both Parent’s Educational Qualification Certificates (in pdf format, 500KB Max Size).
  • After a successfull Uploading of the documents, the applicant needs to schedule a meeting slot and choose an appropriate date and time (Under Task Pane Tab.)
  • After a successful confirmation of a meeting slot, a link will appear under Document Downloads Tab to download the PRE-ADMISSION FORM
  • 2 copies of the PRE-ADMISSION FORM should be printed. Please note down the meeting date/timing assigned to you given at the bottom of the form.
  • Then visit the School office ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME for document verification and payment of the Brochure fees of Rs 500. (THE CANDIDATE MUST ENSURE THAT HE COMES ONLY ON THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED ON THE PRE-ADMISSION FORM FOR THE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION MEETING. ANY MEETING OUTSIDE THIS DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.)
  • Please bring along 2 copies of the Pre-Admission form duly signed along with the documents needed for verification listed below.
  • After the meeting, you need to login and check your dashboard regularly for any further updates.
  • Your dashboard will indicate if admission was successfull. If so, print the Admission Slip from the link that appears in the dashboard and visit the school on the assigned day.

Documents Needed for Verification:

  • Original Birth Certificate issued by the Corporation / Municipality / Cantonment authorities and attested photocopies of the same.
  • If SC/ST/OBC: Caste Certificate with attested photocopies.
  • If BPL: Attested Income Certificate with attested photocopies.
  • If Catholic/Christian: Baptism Certificate from the respective church and Parish Priest’s recommendation letter.
  • 3 passport size photographs of the child.
  • Family Photograph (Father, Mother, Brothers and Sisters only along with the child).
  • Original Aadhar Card of the Child, Father and Mother along with attested photocopies.
  • Address proof (Ration Card or Passport) along with attested photocopies.
  • If parent was an ex-student of St Paul’s High School: His leaving certificate and SSLC certificate.
  • If a brother is studying in St Paul’s: His previous year’s report card.
  • Original Educational Qualification Certificates of the Parents.

NOTE: Document verification failure, any malpractice or any wrong information entered in the Pre-Admission form can lead to the cancellation of the admission.
